Semi-cold cakes

  • Nougat mousse: Jijona’s nougat mousse cake covered with crocant. 750ml.
  • Cheesecake with raspberry: 1500 ml.

Cold cakes

  • Gloria vanilla and chocolate: vanilla and chocolate cake covered with vanilla and chocolate shavings.
  • Chocolate crunchy: cream cake with chocolate slices covered with chocolate cream.
  • Yema and whisky: sponge cake bathed in whisky and biscuit ice cream covered with yema (sweet made with egg yolk and sugar) and cream.
  • Yema and whisky (2): cream and hazelnut ice cream cake covered with cream, yema and, sugar. Crocant around it.
  • Jijona’s nougat: vanilla and nougat ice cream cake covered with cream and crocant around it.
  • Three chocolates: white and milk chocolate cake covered with dark chocolate and chocolate shavings.
  • Chocolate truffle: chocolate truffle and vanilla cake covered with cream, truffles and crocant around it.
  • Nuts: sponge cake bathed in rum with milk and cinnamon, caramel and hazelnuts ice creams, all covered with nuts.
  • Jijona’s nougat snow: vanilla and nougat cake covered with cream, glace cherries and hazelnuts.
  • Gloria Jijona’s nougat: cream and nougat cake covered with cream amb chocolate shavings.
  • Gloria cream and chocolate: cream and chocolate cake covered with cream and chocolate shavings.
  • Mocha: mocha cake with chocolate sauce covered with chocolate shavings.
